That's an interesting question,
Marshall said that we had no quarterbacking here (although I fail to see Jay Cutler as significantly better)
I said that the coaches here were mis-USING Reggie and that the Detroit coaches are properly using him.

I don't disagree Sam. I'm just pointing out that the qb sneak wasn't a sure thing going either.
Frankly, I don't trust our online in ANY short yardage call.
I was rooting for play action in that situation ir a naked bootleg.
Well, SamSam, if his overall point is that you just can't look at player performance as an exact science way of correlating that to coaching I would agree too.

just saying we had to go with the better odds....did you see how long it took for that play to develop.......a qb sneak would had take lesser time.

As I posted before, am I saying we do a "Lane Kiffin" on him (MEANING SINCE MANY OF YOU DIDN'T GET IT that we fire him when his plane touches down coming back from the game)? I said no.
My post was saying that we should be prepared to get rid of him if he shows, as he has to me ALL ALONG, that the job is over his head.
And as for as calling for it "blindly" see my posts below this one.

Well "hush my mouth"! What can I say in response to such specific charges? You nailed me! Wouldn't care to specify, would you?

If someone doesn't get that point, he never will, SamSam.
Truth is all about justification.
You can always justify ANYTHING with the explanation, "I was hoping to catch them off guard."
However, It is hard to catch them off guard if the EXPECTED PLAY is a quarterback sneak and everybody is bunched up front and you pitch the ball back five yards.
By justification, I mean that Truth glories in trying to strut his football knowledge by giving baseline explanations for all plays that are run in football.
By that he hopes that you will associate in your mind HIM with the people in pro football who are actually PAID to do their jobs.
You will never see Truth criticize almost anyone in pro football.
His constant rap is "that if you see it this way, then you do that and if you see it that way then you do this."
In other words, he talks in circles. He never condemns something or defends it on its merits. He only defends it on the basis that the coaches did it because they thought this or that.
He NEVER ANSWERS whether thinking this or that was dumb in and of itself!

Are you insinuating that Don Shula was fired by Baltimore?......oh that's right, facts make no difference to you.

Oh, my bad, I must of misread the below statement
"Colonel, on your pomposity point, when all he had
to do to Vontae is tell him that the Colts made us
"an offer we couldn't refuse" this pompous ass
started telling him how he was not good enough for
the Dolphins and how they were letting him go
(just like he was being cut instead of trading).
That earned him my hatred right there at that point!"
Once again, Chyrenb changing the facts to fit hi argument.......
