but who stays?

Brent Grimes, Richard Marshall, Dimitri Patterson, Nolan Carroll, Jamar Taylor, Will Davis, RJ Stanford

On a side note....Atlanta is also stocking up. They drafted two 4.3 CB's. Trufant and Alford.

Unfortunately, Ireland doesn't have a great track record picking CBs.

Carroll and Sanford will be fighting for a job and either Patterson or Marshall could be cut do to salaries if one of the younger guys seems legit prior to final deadlines...

Who the hell knows, but I do like Ireland stocking the position, then letting them filter themselves out.

No one presently on the roster (including the rookies) have shown themselves to be the starters. Many injury questions, along with talent questions, of course.

I agree with Crowder that Carroll& Sanford will be fighting, as will Patterson & Marshall. I don't expect us to keep both at their salary, but Grimes recovery will be key

Brent Grimes
Jamar Taylor
Richard Marshall? Goods stats, we didn't see much in 2012
Dimitri Patterson? Liked what I saw, hopefully we can get him to restructure

Nolan Carroll??
Will Davis??
RJ Sanford ??

think we are set at CB now. between grimes, patterson, marshall, taylor, we've got 2 starters. and some solid depth as well. davis, jimmy smith, can play the nicklel or dime

nolan carol is good as gone

if grimes heals he is a top end starter. Patterson has shown enough to start in the past, taylor seems like a solid prospect, and marshall supposedly was decent before he signed here and was constantly hurt.

can be worse than last year for sure

The first guys said he is great at man to man,,, well we play a zone defense. The other ones are good inside and out, but not great at either.

We play against Tom Brady having very good DB's is a necessity. I like the fact that we drafted some young guys with speed, and don't forget about Jenkins as he can cover tight ends better than most.
