Jags gameday

First off, I would rather win games than lose and have better draft position. With Ireland, draft position doesn't matter.

Jacksonville is last in offense and second to last in defense. They won't be able to run the ball, and they might actually make our offense look good. I think phins -7.5 is a good bet.

Dunno about that CDB. 7 1/2 is a lot of points for this Dolphins offense. Henne has the revenge factor going on too. I would not be surprised if Jags pull the upset.

I'll give you a look at 3 of my games. Good luck!

Green Bay -2 1/2 (cutler never does well vs. pack)
NO/TB over 54. (Both defenses are sieves.)
Denver -3 (new offense coordinator in Baltimore, plus manning has a history of wrecking the ravens)

Chad Henne,"revenge factor?" That's funny. Henne was given a shot by the Dolphins and things didn't work out favorably for him. All of us would have been very pleased if he had turned out to be our franchise QB--the guy we were hoping would come alone finally to succeed Dan Marino. Chad should be grateful for the opportunity he had here and now with the JAGS as Blaine Gabbert, who I like, is injured.

Gabbert's (now Henne's) cast of characters trying to support him ain't nothing to write home about as the stats show. Del Rio didn't do a good job with that motley crew. The new coach is having a tough time too.

Chad has an uphill battle to win any week; the Dolphins pose a similar problem for them. If we can run the ball well, say 100-130 yards, our passing game will not suffer and we should be able to out score them.

I agree that GB will defeat the Bears; toss up between NO and TB; and, Denver should be able to thwart the Ravens' D.

Two hours til game time at 1pm. thumbs up

This game is hard enough to watch without having horrific officiating thrown into the mix.
That PI call on Smith was moronic!!

I have seen more life in a crowd from a golf tournament...totally non-existent energy from this stadium. I am guessing too many empty seats are part of the cause.

Well, at halftime, Henne's stats are better than Tannehill's with the exception of the 5 yard touchdown to Lane.

Lackluster. That sums up this game. No life to it--both teams. I do seriously believe we will be looking for a replacement RB during the off season. Bush just can't run through the gaps...hedges too much, dances and goes no where. We need a bruiser to run up field.

The crowd is tiny.

Tannehill had a couple nice throws on that drive...

It's because Henne is surrounded by such superior talent then Tannehill... You know the drill by now

Not THAT MUCH better talent, Crowder. But my point is that the "Quarterback is the only player people" who ran Henne out of town and will run Tannehill out of town based on the won-lost record alone are destined to lead to folly if you just look at the won lost record.

Henne throws a hard ball. A BULLET LIKE THE ANNOUNCERS SAID TODAY. Because our team was not winning, all the amateur fans blamed it on Henne and not the receivers. The Good thing is that now at least HALF OF OUR FANS should wake up to the fact that it was not Henne's fault that receivers could not catch a "hot ball."

Hopefully, they don't blame Tannehill for the fact that our receiving corps sucks, just like it did with Henne.

So in the end, the correct point you make really applies to the Receiver but it defeats the point that Henne sucked when he was here.
