Finally! Tannehill does what he needs to do

Date: November 25, 2012 11:06AM since he got that pick in the endzone back, Tannehill played excellently. I think- I hope- Tannehill learned what it takes to bring a team back from the adversity of a kickoff runback for a TD to score twice to win the game. Of course, you do realize that Chad Henne's second NFL start was a 4th quarter come from behind win against the Jets on MNF? And that he had 3 4th quarter comebacks that year? Re: Finally! Date: November 25, 2012 11:53AM I still see that RT needs work but I also see things in him that I haven't seen in a Miami QB for a long time. I like that he decided to run for a few first downs today. That was huge. (4/33 yards) 3 first downs. He needs to use all his abilities to be successful as a rookie. Look at Luck, RG, Newton and Wilson. RT had a 97.1 rating today.

Didn't like that he didn't see the LB on his 1st half INT or that he made a horrible decision to throw back into the middle of the field in the red zone. But EVERY young QB makes that mistake at least once. Its a throw you can get away with in college. They all have to learn eventually that you can't make that throw in the NFL. Its the first time I remember him making that choice. Hopefully, its also the last time. Re: Finally! Tannehill does what he needs to do

The last couple of weeks he looked horrible at stepping up. To me the improvement this week on that issue is more evidence that: 1.) He and or the staff see his issues and are working on correcting them. 2.) More importantly, HE HAS THE TALENT TO IMPROVE.
