Right attitude. You win as a team and you lose as a team but although coaches preach it, in reality, you as a coach and you as a GM have to recognize where your weakness is and correct it.

I really think this year is not about wins and losses and is more about watching the development of the young players on the roster. Not just the rookies, but also players like Pouncey, Odrick, Williams, Thomas, Clay etc. If they improve week by week, and we're playing better at the end of the season, I'll be happy.
