What do you guys think, defense coming to play? Tannehill for a deep bomb early? Lets go!

Nice block by John Jerry and a 18 yard run by reggie Bush on first play of the game

that was a TD pass from RT. Fasano dropped it. RT looked good that drive. D Thomas looked OK. OL seems to be holding its own. Our only WR worth a crap is Bess.

It was on Tannehill, tipped ball, but he's gotta get that ball over the defense. It was a good play by the linebacker to tip it or I think it would have been a 1st, but still an error.
I agree, Berk that was a nice pass, Fasano just didnt expect it to be there so quick..

I'm not a fan of returning kickoffs with the new rules. It's kinda like the old coaches use to say that when you pass, three things can happen and two of them are bad.
With the new kickoffs, it is doubtful that you'll return the ball to the 28 yard line anyway and the 28 yard line has been determined to be the spot beyond which it makes sense to return a kickoff.
Even if you get to the forty and beyond, the odds are that someone on your team will have committed a foul that will bring the ball back behind the 20 yard line anyway.
I know this is the worst score, but I felt a lot better about the game. The 1st team defense did well and our rushing game was doing pretty well in the first half.
The WR and TE are looking so bad, but this game gave me some hope that we won't be as bad as I thought. I counted 5 passes that I felt that Naanee should have had, Fasano dropped at least 2 more, I think 3 more. The only bright spot in the WR was Bess and he's just not good enough to be the no. 1 WR.
