Then we had better keep Moore because that means he would otherwise be the next Brees.
I'm going to be surprised if Garrard doesn't start. Tannehill is sure, because he did well enough to show he can be the future. I think the roster competition is between Devlin and Moore.
Garrard isn't Culpepper, Garrard has had good health, he just a bad break that's almost fixed.
