ALWAYS nice not having big brother staring over your shoulder. :-)
Chad Johnson found work on every special teams unit, serving as a kickoff and punt returner, and a flyer on the coverage unit. Johnson field both his punts cleanly, and looked fast on his kickoff return.
Head coach Joe Philbin, who revealed he had skin caner cell removed this summer, had no idea Johnson got involved in special teams work until his son told him after practice. -Omar K
Philbin was right to try to stop this crap right from the start and dead in its tracks. If anything, he was a little to apologetic to me when he did it.
Chad has to be MADE to understand that this represents perhaps his last chance at the NFL. He can screw it up two ways, 1) on the field or 2) off the field.
If you screw it up on the field, well, even Babe Ruth got old and its no shame. People will always, in your retirement, talk about your glory days, not your declining years.
But if you screw it up off the field, that's what people will remember and whenever someone tries to bring up your accomplishments, that will enter into the conversation.

Want to rephrase that now? Seems like CJ learned some of those wife-beating moves from BM.

Is beating his wife enough, or does he have to start beating fans as well?

Agree. Looks like eightus fiveus will alway be knows as some jackass that changed his name to a non-english number for attention. And then when he lost his ability to catch a football, he beat his wife.
Just heard on local radio today (Boston Area) that this woman used to be engaged to former Boston Celtic Antoine Walker. She really knows how to pick 'em, doesnt' she?
