Chad Johnson found work on every special teams unit, serving as a kickoff and punt returner, and a flyer on the coverage unit. Johnson field both his punts cleanly, and looked fast on his kickoff return.

Head coach Joe Philbin, who revealed he had skin caner cell removed this summer, had no idea Johnson got involved in special teams work until his son told him after practice. -Omar K

How does this even happen?

Now CJ's responses is " I don't do media anymore". I wonder if he is ticked off about Philbins comments from HBO.

HBO asked JP if CJ could be cut if he fails to follow directions from coach. JP said "yes, he could".

I don't like the hypothetical q&a stuff. Just wait for it to happen then find out...as far as the media is concerned anyway.

Part of the drama that comes with Hard Knocks .

No big deal, and no one needs to drop the F Bombs, Philbin was right to call him down.

Walker and the other talking heads just want drama

Philbin was right to try to stop this crap right from the start and dead in its tracks. If anything, he was a little to apologetic to me when he did it.

Chad has to be MADE to understand that this represents perhaps his last chance at the NFL. He can screw it up two ways, 1) on the field or 2) off the field.

If you screw it up on the field, well, even Babe Ruth got old and its no shame. People will always, in your retirement, talk about your glory days, not your declining years.

But if you screw it up off the field, that's what people will remember and whenever someone tries to bring up your accomplishments, that will enter into the conversation.

Want to rephrase that now? Seems like CJ learned some of those wife-beating moves from BM.

OC can't catch, but he can beat his wife.

The parallels between OC and BM are uncanny.

Is beating his wife enough, or does he have to start beating fans as well?

Agree. Looks like eightus fiveus will alway be knows as some jackass that changed his name to a non-english number for attention. And then when he lost his ability to catch a football, he beat his wife.

Not a good way to go.

I expect the Jets to pick him up when we cut him.

Well, Montequi, it seems he has duplicated Bowel Movement in beating a woman.

There's one more thing left on the list. No, it's not dropping touchdown passes in the endzone.

It's blaming your failure to catch those passes on your teammates.

Still, guys, all in all, he is better than Bowel Movement (Brandon Marshall).

Not saying he'll get to play another down for us but just comparing him with BM.

I dont know but from the looks of chad johnsons wifes face it looks like she can take a punch or two.

Chad johnson might have to duck in order not to get knocked down from a punch of this chick.

She looks manly to me.

Just heard on local radio today (Boston Area) that this woman used to be engaged to former Boston Celtic Antoine Walker. She really knows how to pick 'em, doesnt' she?
