2012 Concerns

Long and Thomas may be a bigger concerns than our QB

both continued to miss game time

Thomas was to be the workhorse and our power back and he has missed half the games and doesn't have a rushing TD. Who would of thought Bush would have almost a 75 more carries

Need speed at DB, Welker just eats us up, made Will allen look bad

Maybe we need to look at a Kendall Wright, Jordan White or AJ Jenkins(maybe gates?) and start runnng some quick slants, Bess just doesn't seem to have the speed to separate

Don't know why this team let Welker get away from the Dolphins to begin with, and to a division rival at that.

Matt Moore’s 103.9 quarterback rating over his past eight games is sixth-highest for a Dolphins quarterback over half a season, behind only Dan Marino and Bob Griese.

Maybe we are in better shape at QB than many think. It's a good sign in any event.

And no, I'm not saying we shouldn't draft a QB if we can.

Ditto 808phan and who would have thought Thomas was so fragile.

Daniel Thomas--he shows potential for sure, but I too am wondering about his durability. He seems to be "fragile" or at least prone to injury. Watching the defense for the first two quarters of the game was inspiring, and I wondered if they could maintain that level of aggressiveness in the 2nd half. They answered it completely with a resounding "no." I stated in another thread that it was because they were out of steam and that raised the question of conditioning as well as bench strength in those positions. With that in mind, is Daniel Thomas just not in good physical shape or prone to injury. Big question mark.

Reggie Bush has been a real plus for the offense. I'm glad he's a Dolphin.

On the receiver side, the Dolphins don't measure up to the likes of Gronkowski, Hernandez and Welker. These are all "inside guys" and they tore up the field once the pressure was off of Brady. They are great receivers and make plenty of yardage after the catch. We have no one on the Dolphins that are as good as those three.

I wonder who will be around receiver wise for us next year.

So are you saying:

1. A franchise QB is all that we need to add?

2. The team is good enough "AS IS" as long as we get a Franchise QB?

3. You'll be happy with the off season no matter what we do as long as we get a franchise QB?

Did you forget we still need a HC?

We need Dwayne Allen or Coby Fleener at TE and a WR

Michael Floyd, Dwight Jones, Kendall Wright

Ryan Broyles would have been a Welker like quick slant threat, but he tore his ACl. mayber a Jordan White? Will se in combines who shines

Not sure there is a franchise QB this year beyond Luck and griffin

Tannehill is a potential sleeper. Weeeden, Foles, Cousins, Moore, who knows.

You all want different things and players...watch the phin pick these guys that we've never heard of....like always.........................

Thats when depression starts to sink in.....right after the draft....and they are grading teams and never mention the phins as one of the good drafts...

I bet if we move up and pick luck and nobody else....then we will up there with the best drafts.....

I fear this will all be torn apart and started all over AGAIN. I'm one of those that things we have most the right parts, they just need to be adjusted to work better.
