Comparing Ginn to Welker is like comparing Ray Lucas to Dan Marino. Not only is there a HUGE discrepancy in straight football talent, but while they play the same position they're not remotely alike in how they play. Welker is one of the toughest WRs in the league, and Ginn plays like he would break if you breath on him too hard.
Anyone who believes taking Ginn at #9 was a good pick is smoking something serious.
