They're unhappy that they're not getting a cut of the profits. That's the problem.

We're much more talented NOW than we were under Saban, but we were more competitive with NS. That points to one thing: COACHING.

Phil Simms wasn't elite, but he won 2 Superbowls. Brad Smith...Trent Dilfer...well, we know about them. Do you remember Jake Delhomme, Neil O'Donnell, and (ahem) David Woodley? All 3 played in Superbowls, although they didn't win. Colin Kaepernick and Russell Wilson have also appeared to have fallen back to Earth. My point is you don't need a real "franchise" QB to make i

I don't think EITHER of these issues is a talent problem. We have Suh in the middle..no excuse, talent wise, for not stopping the run! We also have some real talent on offense. THIS IS ALL ABOUT COACHING!!! What's preventing other coaches from coming? Obviously the owner.

How about neither? No way we make the playoffs now, but I'm NEVER in favor of tanking.

I'm with toko. While I doubt we'll go undefeated from her on out, I think we'll be in the wildcard race towards the end.

Definitely nervous, because I'm still not sure how good a football team we really are. This game is the real test. If we win, then we have a VERY good chance of making the playoffs...which would be an extremely rare occurrence under an interim coach! One thing that has me encouraged is that I think talent-wise we're quite good (Hickey has done a very good job). Perhaps we really WERE a HC a

And, seriously, why SHOULD they pick us to win. All we've done is beat 2 AFC South teams (the worst division in the NFL). We've lost both our division games and barely beat the Skins. Oh...and we lost to Jax!!

Brady is 38, which means, physically, he's playing on borrowed time. It's just a matter of time until he tears his achilles, or some other injury that tends to hit older players. I anticipate that happening sometime this season. Hope it's against us!

Actually, the Pats often play "good enough" through the first 3 quarters and turn it on at the end. Just look at their game today against the Jets!

That's B.S. It wasn't intentional, and shouldn't have even been penalized. He was falling into the QB because he was being extra aggressive on the pass rush. I would hate to have that be my QB, but I wouldn't be crying dirty play if it was.

There WERE some decent QBs on that list: Jay Fiedler - good when healthy, but shoulder injury ended his career. Damon Huard - Marino's choice to replace him. We didn't give him a chance. Ray Lucas - next... Brian Griese - A nostalgic signing, but couldn't survive behind our paper mache offensive line. Trent Green - made of glass A.J. Feeley - worst trade in franchise history
