I don’t get the talk about White transforming into a WR. What prior productive experience does he have in a similar role? The answer is none from what I can determine. At this point White is about 85% bust certified IMO. The guy literally looked like a boy among men last year…

Agreed, we should leave Teddy Bear alone and wish him nite nite in San Fran with warm milk and cookies. I'm just concerned about his family. Are they all moving out west together?

Ginn for a 4th is worth it IMO -- if for no other reason than to move on from the project. I tend to agree about Thomas -- though I'd still strongly consider moving down if (a) Thomas is gone and/or (b) we get a very favorable offer. You're correct about plays over the top, and our biggest issue was on 1st and 2nd down -- we were pretty stout on 3rd down.

No reason for sorry dude. Just thinking the same way that's all. My comments were part of another thread anyway. Maybe we can bomb NE during the 2nd round and have them forfeit their picks??? It's a plan...

For the average schmo that kind of money is just f*ck**g stupid ridiculous for catching a football and/or tackling someone with a football.

Wow I think some are a bit too "optimistic" (i.e., delusional) about this. Marshall isn't going to make this team transform into a playoff powerhouse all by himself. And the dude can't tackle for crap so we still have plenty of needs of the D side. In addition: 1) the OL is not a finished product 2) we have no legit TE 3) OLB??? 4) FS??? 5) is Henne the real REAL deal? 6) NT???

I'm not crazy about giving up two 2nd round picks for this guy. And with all those 2nd's up in NE you have to wonder WHY didn't they get this kid? Moss = OLD Welker = Injury I think they like bargains and this deal is NOT a bargain. A single 2nd round pick would have been good value for us. But anyway, lets hope he lives up to the hype. I was on board for drafting Dez Bryant.

It's NOT for sure it's really him. But does it really matter? White is by far THE WORST pick of the "trifecta" regime -- and in retrospect we obviously didn't do our vaunted "due diligence" on the kid. Yo Parcells & Co., it really hurts blowing 2nd round picks like that. Let's not screw the pooch again this year, K?

He won't play NT so what's he worth to us? Never happen...
