No sense in whining over draft position. We never have and never will control the draft. Beating the Jets on national TV and knocking the fat one from the playoff picture would be a sweet way to end the season. For JT's last game as a phin, lets send him out with a win.

Someone voted for Jerry? Obviously, we try to keep both. Jerry and Murtha should fill out the right side of the line next year.

They selected Shane Vereen 6 picks before Daniel Thomas. They took Stevan Ridley early in the 3rd. If they would have selected correctly...they could have had Demarco Murray & Roy Helu.

Sweet victory! In a strange kind of way....we have Tim Tebow to thank for this. If he doesn't win the starting spot, then Orton stays in Denver.

Daniel Thomas just had a nice 27 yard run when they knew the run was coming. I think Thomas is a better pick than the RB's that the Patsies selected before us.

Ireland is not even close to horrible. He is never going to lay an egg in the draft. However, is going to bypass some skill players for foundational guys.

Wow, That deep sideline throw to Marshall was a perfect strike in stride. That is pretty impressive in this weather condition.

That deep sideline pass to Hartline is what really makes me like Moore. Marshall dropping that TD doesn't help his bottom line. But, I like that Moore is continually getting the ball downfield and using the TE's.

John Jerry... Yes, he actually looks pretty good out there. Maybe he should become the final RT solution. However, it is a slow cold field and he has a nice wide body to get around.

I've decided to boycott the boycott... This boycott sounds like a lame attempt to make a lame attempt. Do you really want to push Ross closer to the Carl Peterson scenario?

Cowher would be the only one I would consider on that list and he doesn't want to coach. I don't want someone who doesn't want to coach. We have already been down that road...(Johnson & Saban). The owner wants a young Don Shula and Ireland wants someone with experience. How about Mike Shula?

Add my name to the intelligent Dolphins fan list... Two fist pumps for Coach Sparano.

Cowher would be our logical choice because he quit coaching and we love quitters... Jimmy Johnson, & Nick Saban. Cowher would bring us a power running game and a physical defense. He falls from the Schottenheimer coaching tree with his contempories Cam Cameran, Herm Edwards, & Tony Dungy. Perfect fit. Fisher? I doubt that would induce any excitement. Gruden? It would be fun u

We had a couple of costly busted coverages. To me, the whole idea of going into a zone is that it allows you be creative with pressure on the QB. The zone coverages cost us early in the season and every time we rely heavily on zone we get burnt by the experienced QB. We just had really bad safety play at the end of this game. Missed tackles...(Jones got hurdled), bad communication, bust

Tebow is a winner. He threw some really nice passes vs the Vikings and only ran the ball 4 times. He doesn't turn the ball over. His accuracy improves with the game on the line. His passer rating is approaching 90. His completion percentage is the area for greatest growth. He is good for the game. I enjoy watching the kid play...except when it against us. Hopefully, he will hammer

I am very supportive of keeping Sparano if the Phins continue playing the way they are. This team should be equally judged from start to finish. Why anyone would over-emphasize the first part of this season not logical. If anything, more weight should be placed on how this team plays in December and in the 4th quarter of games. If Sparano has found a formula that allows this team to kee

For future reference, I would like to go ahead and mention that Brandon Weeden will be the steal of this years draft...

Nice offensive line play so far... Even from John Jerry at RG. Reggie Bush continues to run hard. Fasono making clutch catches. Defense is shutting them down. Seeing good leadership from Matt Moore. They continue to throw in some nice wrinkles into our offense. Moore is showing some things that I haven't seen before...like a quick release and good movement in the pocket.

Well, I thought my statements about the lockout effecting our team were pretty clear. So, let my summarize position: 1) All NFL teams were effected by the lockout but not on an equal basis. I have never claimed that the lockout only effected the Dolphins team negatively. Other teams that may have also been set behind in their development this season are: Falcons, Eagles, Chargers, Seahaw
