This is a moderated phorum for the CIVILIZED discussion of the Miami Dolphins. In this phorum, there are rules and moderators to make sure you abide by the rules. The moderators for this phorum are JC and Colonel.
The only gripe I have is that he rifles a lot, which is why we're seeing so many batted balls at the line. Needs to work on touch passes and getting a little bit of air under the ball.
The pass to Hartline in the corner of the endzone was an awesome throw, though...

You guys are drinking the kool-aid. Henne is good and getting better every week, and I LOVE the potential, but top 10 right NOW?
Manning, Brees, Brady, Favre, Warner, McNabb, Eli, Rivers, Roethlisberger, Rogers, Palmer, Schaub, Romo...
All of these guys are good QB's and have longer resumes, so you have to take that into consideration, but to say Henne is among those guys already is premat

Everybody who wrote in this topic was obviously drunk. It makes about as much sense as:
"Who would win in a fight, Superman or Neo?"
The only correct answer for something like this is: "That is a stupid question."
Moving on....

Actually I'm not from FL. Grew up in PA and moved to Boston after college.
My grandparents lived in Davie and followed the Dolphins, and we used to fly down for Thanksgiving.
There was one particular game on Turkey Day, which I'm sure you all remember, where our friend, Leon Lett, decided to try to jump on a blocked kick in the snow, resulting in a W for the Phins.
First Miami game I ev

From my point of view, all I'm saying is that when decisions like these are made we don't really know what is going on...but the coaching staff does, and it is very easy for us to say "we should have done this" in hindsight.
Anyway, I'm looking for my chill pills, because I guess I didn't really get where YOU were coming from.

No offense but anybody here with half a brain can Monday Morning Quarterback the crap out of any game and say "this was a good call, bad call, etc" for each play.
You have NO idea what is going through Sparano's head or how he planned on executing even the next play, let alone the rest of the game...
In all honesty, you're really only one step away from saying, "well on that

I know I have some PSU bias, but Sean Lee is a beast. Big guy with a bigger motor...
Would be a nice 2nd round pickup if we couldn't get our hands on a top prospect.
Plus Parcells likes these Big 10 guys.

JC I live around here, too. In Allston right now...moving to Quincy in a week.
There seem to be a lot of Phins fans in the area...we need to have a party!

"And your statistics do not also note the number of near picks he threw today."
I had no idea that "almost-picks" was a stat.
Henne looked good today!!

Welker goes against everything you would think from a guy his size. Since I live in New England, I get to watch the guy torch DB's all day. He has the ability to almost ALWAYS make the first guy miss. He is awesome...

Every team deals with injuries but has any other team lost more key personnel?
We lost our starting QB, RB, NT, CB, etc...
Name me another team that if they lost those players would still be in the shape that we're in.
Think the Colts or Saints stay in the title hunt if Manning/Brees goes down? What about the Chargers?
We're doing well with what we have, which is a testament to our

It was from PFT, you clown.
I'd say get your stories straight, but you've never demonstrated any ability to do so, so I'm not expecting much.

He is afraid of taking a hit, plain and simple.
He needs to realize that he's probably gonna get popped regardless of whether or not he makes the catch...so he should just catch the damn ball.

He's worth a spot on the return team in Madden, that's for damn sure.
I'm now 5/5 in returning opening kickoffs for TD's against my roommate's Patriots!!

He doesn't focus, which means he is anticipating something. I'm going to go out on a limb and say he anticipates the hit....

Yeah ChyrenB, you're acting like an idiot for wanting to preserve a 37 year old record that has a slim chance of being broken at the cost of our playoff chances.
And I don't need to dissect your novel of a post to say that.

WARNING: READING THIS TOPIC WILL DROP YOUR IQ BY 50 POINTS!!!!!
I really like how our "fans" would rather protect a record that has never been broken at the expense of our current playoff chances.
Let me state clearly:
There are 6 games left. The Colts and Saints WILL lose one of those remaining games. At that time I'm going to compile a list of all of the idiots who thought

"other website are reporting otherwise"
Because they're about as dumb as this topic is. I listened to it ONE time and it was clear he was saying "finish it".
I think you went too deep with the Q-tip, mikey.

There are still 7 weeks of football left. You all are a bunch of lamers for getting worked up about this in week 10.
I haven't even heard Mercury Morris pop off about it yet...that's bad, dudes.
