I'd agree with Marino being the best...along with Unitas. But Manning has a while to play before he retires and he'll own all of the records when he does as well as in all probability a superbowl win or two or three. Hard to make an argument (in the future unless he gets hurt and has to retire injured) against him.

I think Allen is a decent player but I agree he has never lived up to his billing. Maybe he's worth a shot at linebacker if he could put on some weight. His speed there would be a great benefit because once upon a time he ran a 4.39. Even if he put on 25 to 30 pounds making him 237-242 pounds he should still be able to run a 4.5.

We can sit here and say it's a wasted pick but without the information as to why he was taken it's not a fair assessment. The problem with Ginn IMHO is his size. He gets jammed at the LOS or pushed around by DB's and that throws him off of his routes disrupting any timing he may have with Henne.
