im really hoping for Ricki Stanzi, he really reminds me of Tom Brady. I know that sounds crazy but the size, and mechanics are there, he is an intelligent QB expected to be a mid round prospect. I would be happy if we took him in round 3 and if hes there at round 4, id be upset if we didnt take him.

i think it could just as well be abolished its really more or less a nuisance at this point, if a team has a minority coach that they like they will interview him, if all the coaches they would like to hire are the same race, well then so be it, you shouldn't be forced to interview some teams minority TE coach for your HC job just because its some how more "fair"

i think that everyone would agree that if we were in position to draft a top talent QB in round 1 that we should do it. But i dont want us to spend our number 15 on a qb who wouldn't go till round 2 because magically that makes them less likely to fail. at 15 i want us to either trade down or take the BPA, my guess is that there wont be a first round qb at 15
