I think alot of people are missing the fundamental point. He gets paid. I don't know anyone that loves their job so much they would work for free. As soon as that sale goes through, that is what Bill Parcells is doing. I cant seem to figure out how to make it so the new threads stand out when I open the website. The way I currently have it set the threads that are most recently posted in are at the top, but I cant see which threads are new as opposed to the ones that just have new comments. Any suggestions?
