lol...SouthFLPhinFan, we seem to be on the same page. Sucks that we don't have the shutdown D we had a few years ago. Henne could use it.

Yeah I hear that. I'm way more worried about the D than I am the loss of Brown...not that that doesn't suck, but without a stout D we're doomed. Hopefully they'll pick up the slack.

you're right RW13...maybe there is too much pressure on Ginn...but when you have the ball for more than 2x the opposition you have to rely on your playmakers....and that's Ted Ginn jr. For all the good things he's done for us, the LEAST we should expect is a catch over friggin' Jacob Lacey from our #9 pick overall. And it was just about perfect. If that's too much pressure, then he's a bust

Hey Mike0...thats a good link. I wish I were as calm as the kid in the stands...but the truth is, with our tough schedule, we SHOULD be that pissed off (and I have been moreso). I imagine under the humor, you're just as pissed off as most of us. That makes you OK in my book. I just want these p#ssi3s to freakin' win, and play like winners. No excuses. Go get 'em sparano. 0 and 3

Hey MikeO...if he catches that TD that hit his hands (no wait, either one) then this thread has no merit. Problem is that he dropped TWO of them. Both tough catches, but he's #9...not some undrafted rookie. I have a buddy that carries Ginns jockstap in his mouth...and I just don't get it after all this time. Hey...I hope for the best, too...I'd eat these words in a second if it meant

phinsfan2 - with all due respect...he caught a lot of under routes tonight. But that ain't what we drafed #9 overall for. He's got to catch balls that hit his hands, even when they are tough. Hell, Bess was undrafted and can make underneath routs all day long. He's not the only one at fault here, but you can't excuse his drops in Year 2...either that or you're willing to let these guys sl

I'll be happy to believe in Ted Ginn when he makes a play to win a game. Not too much to ask from a #9 pick. Its sad to see people blame penny when this guy drops not 1 but 2 TD passes in a game decided by 4 points. Tough catches? You bet. But we paid him a lot of $$$ TO make those. Ginn is disappointing no matter how you paint it.

Truth is I don't know what their record will be....but I do know this: today, you saw an offense that held the ball for 45 min. of a 60 min game...and lose. You can't ask for more than that. Where do you guys think Sparano goes from here? They still have 14 games to play. As bad as we feel, the team feels worse. What do we do next week? I hope someone has a good answer, because I'v

Even with all the bad math I see above me here...I do agree with the sentiments. 4 - 12 at worst, 8 - 8 at best. We see a defensive overhaul this year with a NT and ILB's being brought in and \or drafted. I think Henne takes the reigns next year. I hope to see Ginn replaced with someone who can actually catch the ball. Sparano and Ireland really are rebuilding, but I had hoped for more t

You want persepctive? Our team just had the ball for 45 minuets and still lost the game. You have a way to suddenly get our LB core to cover the other teams TE or RB? I don't. They are too slow. We played an all pro QB this weekend to perfection and lost anyway...that's not a good formula to win football games. I would rather have seen obvious breakdowns that cost us this weekend be

I actually like Hartline---He's going to be a great #2 or slot reciever. But Ginn must be let go forcing us to take a real number 1. I think I let Brown walk this year, too. He's a great bruiser but we seem to want to go downfield on offense and he isn't giving us much. All that said, we need defensive help...As the OP says, we need linebackers. Our two best are old by football standards,

Screw Ginn. I'm tired of hearing what it would be like if he actually did something. You know what? He dropped it. Just like every other big game throw to him. Ginn sucks.

its too early to put him in the lineup. He's had 0 success and he looks HORRID out there. I don't understand the fascination with him, honestly.

We need to go 11-3 just to hit the playoffs. How's that for depressing? I'm not sure we can play any better than that. Special teams did ok Defense did ok except for a few plays and offense ran alot of long drives without mistakes. And we still lose to a weakened Colts team. I think we have a looooong year ahead of us. Hopefully we learn some lessons. PS CUT GINN.

Just cut ginn. he's afraid of success. He is a loser just like Cam was. We'd be better off putting turner in the lineup and getting him some experience. and we may as well bench penny. Not because he sucks...you just can't win a game you have the ball for 44 min and can't stop the offense. May as well get some gametime for Henne. I feel bad for sparano. His team can't win unless the o

I HATE our team sometimes. How can you control the ball like that and STILL lose. I HATE Ted Ginn and all his friggin promise. This team should be ashamed for losing a game where they ran like that. I am so friggin pissed off right now. I hope the team is as embarrassed as me right now. That colts team isn't very good. We should have put them away early. The colts won't be going far t

Hey all...I hardly ever post here (even though I read every day)...but I just had to ask... Am I the only one that thinks this whole 'miami needs to sign cuter' thing in the media would be a terrible move? I know the guy can throw, but our QB situation is pretty good...and Henne could be just as good as Cutler (or better, I hope), and he's a lot cheaper. I just don't understand why the me
