Thus far, C NEWTON has "proven" precious little, and nothing really exceptional. At least WILLIAMS won a SB w/The Redskins (I believe). I think that I'll wait until NEWTON's 2nd SB win (or at least his FIRST!!) before I anoint him "God" or even "special". Not many Black QBs have struck me as at all special: they all seem to be individuals prone to rely on, and make t

Last preseason, I hoped MIAMI would sign a certain very solid, veteran G from the Eagles in F/A. But we chose not to pay him the c. $4.75-5 Million that was needed to land him, even though we could have easily done so. In fact, our only offer to him was I/m/o an insult, if not a joke. At that point, even though I live in East Hollywood, FL., I stopped going to Dolphins home games, and I wrote to

What borscht. (1) Our Gs, top to bottom, are dick, plain and simple!!! Back-ups are all that we have as starting Gs. I'd strongly go after ANY top F/A G who fits the z/b/s that MIAMI now uses. Our two best Gs would become our "back-up" Gs, and be paid accordingly. If they refuse a pay cut, give them a DIFFERENT kind of cut...after June 1st! They won't really be missed. (2) Our DTs

I don't trust "stats", and don't care about "history". Why? Simple. Stats can be made to say whatever you want; and "history" is pretty meaningless, considering the nature of 21st Century NFL football. So, i/m/o, we should "stow" all that stuff. What did we learn from 2014? We learned that it's very frustrating to see MIAMI out of the Playoffs when we al

MIAMI should have been doing this LONG AGO. It's been a while since MIAMI had a real THREAT returning punts and kickoffs...and not some after-thought who was hardly worthy of a roster spot. Better late than never, I suppose...and if this kid can't cut it as a PR/KR, dump him and keep looking!!!

Football in the 21st Century is a business. The MIAMI DOLPHINS AREN't a philanthropic organization, and we don't owe ANYONE else in the NFL a living. We could've unloaded MOORE and kept JOHN Q NOBODY as our back-up QB a long time ago. But we had the foresight to REMEMBER that s++t happens, and QBs go down w/injuries, and in this era, you better have a very solid back-up QB or you're playing Russi

You can't have an "All-Pro" player filling EVERY Roster Spot. SOLIAI was playing "dinged" all of last season. He'll very probably return to form this season. STARKS is already "up in years". He won't be getting any better, and he had little-to-no IMPACT last season. We have a "STARKS Jr." (so to speak) in ODRICK, and a SOLIAI Jr. (can't recall his name o
