This post of yours is a microcosm of your entire character as a poster. Which is to say, it is chock full of doodie.

I NEVER threatened to ban you for profanity. I NEVER warned you that any ban was imminent.

I said (in a PM) that you posted unnecessary profanity, which you did. I also listed several other things wrong with your post(s) on that thread. All of which would be understood by a reasonable person, which you apparently are not.

Did A&O use unnecessary profanity too? Sure he did. But I don't need mention it to him, do I, seeing as he's leaving. Yes I welcome him to return when he's ready to come back. I welcome you to stay and continue to post as well, IF you are willing to go by Curt's rules for posting.

I didn't threaten EITHER of you with banning. I don't enjoy the idea of deleting posts, reminding people to play nice, warning anybody, reminding people to play nice, oh yeah, and reminding people to play nice AGAIN AND AGAIN. And to top it off, I CAN'T ban anyone anyhow. I don't even have the ability to do that if I wanted to. I can only ask curt to do it. And it's very rare that it ever happens. Only a handful of times during all the years I've been a moderator.

So stop with the paranoia and start posting about football, please. The season is about to start.
