At the heart of all the QB issues there is one person many fans are forgetting which is the QB coach. It is thier job to train these players to mold them and get them where they need to be.
David Lee is out so they promoted Dorrell to the head QB coach. Frankly i am not impressed so far. I thought he did really well as a recievers coach. It does not seem like he has truely made the transition from a recievers coach to QB coach. Only time will tell but we are at a crutial point where we have so many good things in place that when we need a great QB coach the most we seem to be lacking in the department.

Absolutely. I don't know much about Dorrell, but I know a whole lot about coaching. He has worked with him for 4 days while learning a new offense. If he is to have any positive impact it will take considerable time. If anything, you might expect a good coach to make a player regress a little early as you work on tweaking things. The old "2 steps forward, 1 step back" philosophy. This early on, he would be in the one step back phase.
