Pouncey is starting first team center first day at practice
Pouncey got leveled by Solia in one on one blocking drill
Devlins been throwing the ball well..
Aj Edds is taking first team snaps with Dansby at MLB but Burnett is still not allowed to practice
Chad Henne still battling consistentcy with his throwing, so says Omar, but Omar is a known Henne hater, so take it for what it is worth
Odrick looks tough, and is obviously looking to claim a starting spot.
Sparano said letting go of Crowder was the toughest thing he has had to do as a profesional in this business. Crowder was there for him when he needed him as a profesional.. He said Burnett could play on all 3 downs and chase players in coverage, so they just had to make the move...
Dansby said the defense is going to miss Crowders football IQ. He calls plays before anyone else, and that will be missed.
Crowder quote after cut, if Zach Thomas can get cut from the Dolphins, surely he can as well...

Almost Anybody in the league is going to get leveled against soliai especially a rookie..>did you see the size of that hawaian...Pouncey will learn that he needs to get stronger to play in this league.

That will definetely improve the running defense even from last year which was pretty good.

You didnt think he was going to leave the phins scene without saying something did you? At least he was right on this time....Because that is definetely true....Zach is zach.....crowder.... well..... crowder is crowder.
Sparano also said he feels like a kid on Christmas morning with Odrick and Pouncey, like he just got 2 1st rd picks, and put one on each side of the ball
God I hope those two guys work out for us. The enormous impact of having a dominant, top-tier Center on our line can't be overstated. Who knows what giving Henne more time in the pocket by putting a stop to the endless interior collapses of the line we've seen for the last few years could do for Henne's ability to get the ball down the field. And with some youth and toughness in Daniel Thomas and youth, lighting speed, and elusiveness in Reggie Bush, we may get to see an exciting resurgence of our run game.
And a healthy, dominant Odrick holding down the end spot, whether we run a lot of the 3-4, or give a lot of 4-3 looks would be huge. If Odrick pans out I think our D-line becomes a top 5 in the league.
I think the success of these two guys could have enormous implications for our overall success.
