I tell you JC.......There nothing like tailgating before the game...eating and having a good time and then going inside the stadium going up the stairs...and getting to your seat seeing the players right there in front of you.
I have gone to jet games, pats bills kansas city colts.....and a few more of those games . Marino was still playing.
I went to that game where we beat blesdoe 45-43 or something like that. Bill parcells was the pats head coach back then..
Marino threw for like 4 or 5 TDs one of them to back then starting reciver irvin fryar...
I went to a colts game where there were like 4 minutes remaining we had the lead...marino throws an int for a TD ...colts went up by 5 points i believe it was...Then he comes back to throw the winng TD...
You just knew we were going to win. All those 4th quarter comebacks were marino classics.
It was all about sundays back then..
BTW that pats game where bledsow and marino were in a gunfight and miami came on top...after the game bledsoe was signing autographs outside...
Maybe someone here went and remembers that.
