Mr Ross, surely is not getting richer...lol.
I dont think Marc Anthony and Fergie, and the Williams sisters really paid anything. I think they got a minimal amount of ownership for their celebrity star power, that Ross, was counting on to increase the draw. Just like Clubs do, they pay a celebrity to host an event to increase the press and turnout. Same thing Mr Ross did, I do not believe any of these celebrities really came out of pocket. From what I understand Ross, ripped off Michael Dell, and sold him a large portion of the Related Group as the real estate market was crashing. That gave him the extra cash flow he needed to close. There is also some speculation as whether or not Ross, still owes Huizenga money. Most people I talk to, tell me Huizenga had to hold some sort of note on Ross, in order for the closing to happen. Plus Huzienga knew the team had to operate with more stadium debt it didnt have for most of his tenure. After the 300 million dollar stadium upgrade they had to make to get the last superbowl, that loan amortized or kicked in right as Huizenga was closing with Ross.

I don't think any of the players are at risk of going on food stamps anytime soon.
