We traded for a talented, but troubled player, and so far he has been a headache for this team, front office and the fans. I don't think he will ever grow up and mature into the type of player we need to lead our offense. Yes he is talented, but he is easily duped into tantrems aka the Chicago game last year. I hope he gets his act together, but I seriously doubt that he ever will amount to the player this team hoped he would be when we traded to 2nd round picks for him.

so on the surface it looks like the wife is at fault and marshall the innocent victim of a crazed b*tch. however I am pretty sure that digging below the surface a lot more will come out about this and is won't be good for BM
This is not a good sign, alot of other problems he has had with the law,etc have related to problems with this women and others(a pattern)...If you like the crazy ones becasue they are good in bed, you are in for a painful experience... I speak from experience in my younger days...lol
> didn't irving fryer's wife stab him with a knife
> too? hopefully BM has the came kind of career with
> us the Irv did. That's all we all really care

I'm with Dolfanmark on this. It is clear that Marshall has a problem with spousal abuse. It is now a trend. He already lied about the incident to the police which will lead to consequences by the NFL and we will probably find out that he provoke the attack leading to a possible season suspension. Signing him was clearly a mistake. The red flags were there and we chose to ignore them. Bad call.
I would like to trade Marshall before he winds up killing someone or getting killed the Bears and Lovie Smith have have got to be interested in this troubled player. He would be reunited with Cutler, and they could use a player like Marshall with the baggage. We however can do without all the drama that comes with this player. If I am Sparano and Ireland I would trade Marsall before the draft, and cut my losses.
