Again, if its the #1 QB on their board, then I'm OK with it. Its make or break time for this dynamic duo. Show us what you have. I'm behind them 100% at this time. This is an intriguing group of QB's in this draft then we have had in a long while. Go pick us a winner.

I think its a smoke screen, and King is full of it. He is not first round material IMHO, and we would be reaching horribly bad if we get him screwing up this draft.

It would be a horrible decision IMHO, one that set's this team back another decade.

Thats the same thing they would have said about Tom Brady if he was picked in the 1st instead of the 6th.

Ok so we draft him. Yeah we drafted a QB in the first.

Now who is our third round selection?

What about our fourth round?

Our O-line will not be fixed if we take anyone at 15, also would still have holes at RB, TE, OLB, NT, No speed demon WR.

We would be picking up most likely throwaway's at the position's mentioned.

In doing so Ponder would not be starting anyways. It's a waisted pick right now to draft a QB at 15.

Seriously Not this year, next sure this year no.

Ponder probably won't be any better than Henne, maybe a little.

I get the feeling of Rex Grossman when I think about him.

Flash's at times, but not consistant enough to be a full time starter, just a servicable backup.

Ponder is terrible. Never bring his name up again.

Guy was garbage in college, dont disrespect Grossman like that, atleast Grossman had a great College career.

Lol. Well To me Dalton is in the same catagory as Ponder. THAT is my assessment, but you never know.

Well Dalton fits all of Parcells requirements for drafting a QB. Lets hope he is good as suggested, and come's in the later of the second round.

I saw an analysis somewhere that rated Dalton as the QB with the most likely chance to be successful in the NFL..even above Gabbert and Newton. I don't really believe on those statistical analyses, as they ignore the person himself. Dalton is probably a "safe" pick but I think someone like Mallett has the potential to be great (or terrible...it's a bigger gamble) while Dalton will probably just be OK.

isn't Dalton more suited to a W Coast offense. Not buying this story AT ALL.
