Man you can't be doin that. I was about to come in this thread and start bashing him up and down. My fingers were ghost typing while I clicked the link "WTF ARE YOU SERIO---".
Yea I'm sure he is. Reminds me of an impatient child who saw a video game console he wanted, didn't wait, bought it, then a new system came out and he's stuck with a Sega Genesis.

The sega genesis rocked! but the sega cd now that effing sucked!
But Fisher leaving Tennessee? WOW! when did hell freeze over?
I thought the only reason they parted ways with Vince Young WAS to keep Fisher as coach.
I know people are going to disagree with me here, but I think the fact that Sparano is back actually helps cement Nolan into his position currently. However, this is a business, and money talks. We'll see. I'd probably vomit if Nolan left.
There's still alot of guys available for Bud Adams to go after, unless I see a report i'm not gonna sweat it. Kinda shocked he's letting Fisher go, wonder if he's keeping Young now?

We better NOT pick up Vince Young, then. Doing that would all but guarantee Fisher WON'T come here.

If Tony Sparano got us into the playoffs and got us 1 playoff win before being eliminated would you still want him fired for Fisher?
Just asking out of curiosity to see where some fans stand.
For me he has to achieve at least a playoff win to not be fired next year.
Changing coaches here will change nothing except the name. It's like when you get in a merry-go-round and you'll see the same thing over and over in circles eventually getting dizzy. No Fisher here please.
So why did Fisher leave? Did he get fired or walk away?
Does anyone wonder why neither Cowher or Gruden have not been hired by anyone? Seems that teams around the league don't think as highly of them as many here do.
I don't think Fisher comes here. I think we are going to have to ride the Sparano tide for at least next year. We might all be surprised with the new OC and QB coach. I don't know, time will tell.
The split was inevitable... Fisher was in the last year of his conract and neither side wanted to renew. Turmoil between owner and Fisher have existed for a while now... I imagine it was pretty much mutual however, I am sure it was the owner that fired him on paper, so Fisher gets to walk with his salary for the upcoming season.
Gruden and Cowher want a good franchise, huge money and huge power, meaning no GM's. that is a tall order in todays NFL

Probably not the best idea at this point, but what if we hired Fisher as an assistant HC...or just created a position for him with the understanding he'd take over as HC next year unless a miracle happens and Sparano gets us into the playoffs?
