Might as well dump Nolan now. No sense in keeping the GOOD coaches.

It might work man, new coach's doing stuff they either suck at, or have no business doing yeahhhhhhhh. It can't end bad!!!!!

And our TE coach was an intern last year.

RE: Yeah, but you are forgetting that Daboll had issues with the front office in Cleveland AND a serious lack of talent to work with. Just because he failed in Cleveland does not mean he'll fail for us...if past history was the sole measure of future sucess, Bill Belichik would have never been the head coach of the Pats and won Superbowls.

Dorrell was a head coach in College as well as being a WR coach so he does know a thing or two about offense as well as quarterbacks...he has experience.

I'd agree with that.

Yeah since you guys know it all, maybe you should try coaching or maybe apply for GM, just a thought.

Hell yeah I would take that!! Work my way up, however I would probably call out some coach's for stupid calls, and would get fired.

You are forgetting that the HC's son is now on staff as offensive quality control coach...

some folks just want to bitch about the Dorrel move. Look at the qb coaches around the league a good nbr never played the position

the only defense people can come up with about this team lately is

just because _____ has sucked so far doesn't mean he won't be good. Look at Bellicheck/Brady/Brees.

I've seen every game since 1985 and can bitch about this team if I want. you can buy the hype in every crap move we've made but to me the moves have sucked, and I will say so on this board if I feel like it. I've seen nothing positive about this team in the past 2 months, at all, and it's been getting worse since the season ended.

Sparano's son = Nepotism in the workplace , nah couldn't be happening to the proud Dolphin Org.


I am sure this was for the good of the team. With all his son's experience and all, what was his official new title again?
