Any chance we land any of these FA for the Oline?

Mankins is the guy we should go balls out to get and overpay for. He's the best OG in the league and would both upgrade our team big time, solve the Interior line problem letting us use draft picks elsewhere, and hurt the Pats. no brainer! (which is why it probably won't happen)
Come on now, how much grudge can you hold if your being paid millions of buckaroos..who knows if Crowder will even play next year, he seems like a below average LB at this point.

A&O,
You couldnt resist, even though this post is about FA Olinmen, taking a shot at my boy... Come on now... Besides the fact Crowder got into it with Light, not Mankins,
I like Kalil, Mankins and Nicks. But doubt we have a shot at any of them except maybe Mankins
If the Pats decide to let Mankins go it will be because they know that they can fill his spot with someone else that they have groomed and taught how to play the game properly. Then they will watch someone (perhaps the Dolphins) pay Mankins big bucks while they keep their younger player for a fraction of what Mankins will get paid. Oh yeah, and they'll get a compensatory pick out of it too.
I look forward (hopefully) to the day when we have the luxury of keeping big money veterans or choosing to let them walk because we know we have a low-cost, but competent replacement and are content getting the compensatory draft pick.

Build the team, build the team, build the team and we will. Sell the farm and we won't.

Yes. The Pats have played the system well. We need to get plugged in to that.
the jets do nothing but grab high priced castaways, see; Ladanian Tomlinson, Antonio Cromartie, Braylon Edwards, Santonio Holmes, Bart Scott, ect.
"It's been fun to get the reaction of visiting coaches to the color of their locker room. Most don't notice it, but those that do are in trouble. . . . When I talk to an opposing coach before a game and he mentions the pink walls, I know I've got him. I can't recall a coach who has stirred up a fuss about the color and then beat us.” Hayden Fry
