Harbaugh likely not coming to Miami

From La Cantora (NFL Network):

"One source with a pulse on the situation estimated it could still ultimately come down to the Bay Area entities - Stanford and the 49ers"

Means we probably are S.O.L, if you know what I mean.

My gut feeling is that he is not coming here.

Looks like we will be stuck with Sparano, boys.

Damn A&O I think today has taken it's toll on you. You are coming across like a dolfan1 (Bipolar) back and forth lets just wait and see what happens. Don't worry about La Cantora hes just a fat little troll.

Who knows I wouldn't mind John Fox, Rob Ryan?

Ha! How embarassing!

The Dolphins just carried on like a bunch of amateurs..

They left Sporano blowing in the breeze and can't get the college coach they are incorrectly chasing.

Marching out to Cali with Carl Petersen...What a joke.

We are in HUGE trouble peeps....Thanks Bill

With Sparano, their only 2 options are to fire him or give him an extension. Given their pursuit of Cowher and Harbaugh, if they revert to Sparano and don't give him an extension, he's a lame duck. What assistant coaches are going to want to join a lame duck coach with one year on his contract? And if players are not buying into his system, they'll have no real reason to fall in line behind a lame duck coach.

I really think we land Harbaugh too much courting between him and Ross & both being Michigan Alumn. Harbaugh was a QB and has an ego that needed to be stroked that is why he will not turn down being the highest paid NFL coach. Stanford cannot compete financially and he already turned down Michigan because he wants to be and NFL coach.

I agree, I think he'll stay at Stanford for 1 more year with Luck.
If that doesn't happen, the 49ers job makes more sense. Easy division, close to home, better talent, and a better draft pick.
Although Miami offers more money, especially with no state tax.

The only thing that makes sense here is that it is an easier div and it is closer to his current home. The niners do not have superior talent I think we are a far superior team and it will be years before they will compete outside of their division.

Not offensevly,

They have Frank Gore, Michael Crabtree, Vernon Davis, Joe Staley, Anthony Davis.

ANd much other offensive talent that I cannot think of off the top of my head.
