JT quote and Ricky said basically the same thing as well as Marshall
“For a quarterback like Henne … when your quarterback is so afraid to make a mistake or so afraid to throw a pass because there’s a chance it could get intercepted or a chance it could be incomplete, when you’re so afraid to make that mistake, you don’t give yourself a chance to have success,” Taylor said. “It goes back to the old cliché, ‘You can’t steal second with your foot on first.’ It’s stuff like that.
This is exactly what has happened to Henne and this offense!

Smart coaches know when to not overemphasize or drill on past mistakes.
QBs have to have short memories and focus on remebering success more than failures.
Ever watch a kid who's dad jumjps him about his failure ... what usually happens ... you got it, he does it again.

Need some upside focus here guys ... and a confidence that breeds more confidence.
When a wr knows his qb is out to trust them they reach for and get the ball, when they know his qb is scared and gonna be pummelled for taking a chance ... they don't expect to get the ball

Yeah!!!!! Finaly another man with some common sense!!
A micromanager has a tendency to be anal about the smallest things and act as though (he or she) is the only person with that knowledge or the ability to carry out a task. A micromanager is also a person who will not take a reasonable risk because they fear failure. They are insecure and overcompensate for their shortcomings especially when they finally reach a position of power. They oversee most tasks, subdue creativity, throttle achievers and subordinates...they genuinely make life miserable for people working under them.
As a career military officer, my encounters with officers having these qualities occurred way too often. They stifled productivity and killed team spirit. Senior officers knew who they were, found them to be yes men to them, fearful of mistakes, and knew how dysfunctional things were under that person's command.
Could be quite applicable to the Dolphins--or am I wrong.
