This team is a reflection of the head coach

No imigination on offense, and no heart or play makers on defense. Sparano with his cheerleader like ways has never inspired this team at all this year when they played at home. Other teams wait for us to self destruct each and every Sunday. Then they pounce on our weak team with players that fold up easier that a pressed hanki. I am sorry if the team is the reflection of the head coach then we are boring lackadaisical and severely over matched each and every Sunday. Just watching the Lions today they knew this team would beat itself. They were just surprised it didn't happen sooner in the game. Bring on regime change the sooner the better.

I'm all about changing our HC, OC, and QB. Should have happened as soon as our playoff chances were zero percent. At least the fans would have seen that the owner won't take losing lightly.

Yes and sunglasses in the thick of night. I have seen enough to know that we are a complete joke when we play at home. I am sorry, but Sparano is in way over his pathetic head, and we need a fresh start with a new coach who will at least win at home.

Reflection of the coach, and a failed end product creation of the Tuna.

Hope Tuna doesn't stink it up there in Minny as bad as he did here, for their fans sake. This has been painful. Bastard.

I'm almost certain the sunglasses have to do with a medical condition he has with his eyes. Not that it matters, just sayin.

Yes we know the other team can still see right through Sparano so the sunglasses don't help. At this point I would take a blind coach if he can lead us to the Superbowl.

Yes the teams performance is a reflection of the front office. Henning needs to be replaced and we need to get a system that is agressive, quarterback friendly and simply works. The team plays hard for Sparano so I'm not against keeping him as long as we add a new OC and have philosophy change on that side of the ball.

If I wre king for a day I'd do the following;

1. New agressive OC...who however, is the question. (and maybe a special teams coach)
2. Draft a big, FAST, quality, WR.
3. Draft a big FAST, quality, pass catching TE.
4. Draft a quarterback to compete with Henne, Thigpen and win the job if he can.
5. Draft a speedy, RB and let either Ricky or Ronnie walk.
6. Sign the best FA middle LB to replace Crowder...damn the cost.
7. Sign the best FA RT and RG available...damn the cost.
8. Sign as many players as possible for special teams use.
9. Beyond the positions listed above..draft BPA.
10. Force Henne and Thigpen to study film every day until they puke and throw balls with our receivers in the off season until they develop solid chemistry.
11. Sign a FA kick reteuner with speed.

That doesn't matter to a lot of people, apparently. I've pointed it out several times, but they don't care.
