Ok, here we go...

We 'could/should' win our next two games. The pasties won't have anything to play in the last week, so that gives us the real possibility of winning out and finishing 10-6.

That will give us a real shot at making the playoffs where (as seen last year by the jests making the the AFC championship game) anything can happen.

I don't want to get too crazy here thinking we're something we're not but, if this team can get better play from the OL in the next couple weeks, we may be looking at a chance to play in the post season...or nothing and a bad draft slot.

I hope your right.....just gotta win at home.

It's a long shot, but it's not over yet.

That said, I don't expect that Patriots to lie down for us. They're relentless.

We're going to have to hope for a little Jim Bates magic.

The only good thing about the Fins making the playoffs is that they would very likely cockblock the Jets in that scenario.

This team would make no noise whatsoever in the playoffs. Too flawed. Especially on offense.

No more flawed than the jests were last year. The two teams are very similar. Strong, blitz happy, defenses...opposite a weak offense.

A deep run isn't likely but definitely a possibility.

...and we have a better punter AND kicker than they did!!!!

The Jets had the #1 running game in the league. The Fins offense outside of Long, Bess and Marshall are total garbage.

If the football gods decide to go in our favor, we might be in for a treat. We beat NE, baltimore and sd loose a few, we get in and guess who we face? the Jags or Cheifs. Tooootally winnable. Im way in over my head but thats all i want for xmas.

Hey if we squeaked into the playoffs somehow at least we don't have to play at home..

Hell we might even get lucky and not even have a single home game all playoffs.
