They will really get beat up by the cheatriots. That is if whoever they play before the cheatriots doesnt beat them up first.

From a superbowl prediction from HamboneRyan to possibly not even making playoffs. Classic.
There is a *slight* possibility they miss the playoffs. For that to happen either the Colts or the Chargers have to win outright. Even then, I dont know who holds the tie breakers.
There's actually a pretty decent chance that the Jets miss the playoffs if they continue to slide. Which they probably will next week against Pittsburgh.

Maybe. I am giving them that game just to be conservative. Who wins the tie breakers if the Fins run the table? And what about the Colts and Chargers?

If the Dolphins and Jests finish at 10-6, the Dolphins win the division record tiebreaker if one of the Jests' losses is to Buffalo. Otherwise it would come down to "strength of victory" meaning whose wins have come against stronger competition. At the moment, thanks to Miami's wins against Green Bay, Oakland, and Tennessee (vs. Jests' wins against Cleveland, Denver, and Houston -- all the other wins match up and cancel out), the Dolphins have the stronger strength of victory by six (opponents) wins.
As for the Colts and Chargers, if they run the table, both would have 8-4 conference records vs. the Dolphins' 7-5, and both would win that tiebreaker.
This was the Jets 1 and only shot, they loaded up, and it backfired on them...or should we say reverse thrusted right into a ground spiral, afterburners ignited
