I really do. I was willing to use them for our playoff benefit but I hate the Patsies.
When I first went to New England, it was when the Patsies were playing in that high school football field with wooden bleachers in Foxsboro.
They had moved out of downtown Boston.
At that time, our main rivals were Johnny U. and later Bert Jones and the Baltimore Colts. They were the NFL team brought over to even out our AFL based division.
Then we had to give "props" to "Broadway Joe" and his Jets. They had won the first SuperBowl for the AFL.
Also, the greatest running back of all time, OJ Simpson, and Joe Ferguson were playing for the Buffalo Bills.
But the Patsies. They had nothing. They were lower than Gopher sh_t and as I pointed out before, a gopher sh_ts in a hole.
I used to sit up in that rinky-dinky stadium and laugh at the Three Stoogies antics that that piss-poor team performed out on the field.
And Boston people are people who actually think that having cobble stone streets is proper and that not widening the streets since Paul Revere road is proper.
Plus Boston people are crazy. They don't know how to talk. They just squawk and every word with an "A" in it sounds like a rhyme of the word "squawk."
And I hated their weather, it was not only cold but wet as well.
I hate the Patsies. F' them and everything they stand for.
I look forward to the day that they return to the Stooges they were always meant to be.
I go thru phases where I hate the Pats more then Jets and vice versa. I lived in Boston for 7 years and generally the Pats get most of my ire. But I actually hate the Jets more this season. I have a grudging admiration for how the Pats keep rolling along and seem to be making all of the smart moves. It sickens me.

The truth is the Jets really ain't done shit for 40 years. The Pats have been gifted a few SB's and at the same time suffered the indignation of ridicule for being certified PROVEN cheaters.
Billy Goat is an enigma hobbit transvestite cross-dresser but the bitch can coach. Fatty-patty Ryan is just a blow-hard overrated burger flipper living off his daddy’s persona and about 25-thousand calories a day. Predictably he will explode and/or implode soon enough…
Our only hope is that Balt or Pitts knock the prancy faggy cheating patsies out so we don’t have to watch Brady polish his nails at the SB.

I hate the Patsies as much as anybody believe me. I live in the area.
They had nothing but Nick Buoniconti and we even took him from them and made him our Defensive captain!

They've paved over a lot of the cobblestones. When they dig up the streets for construction (which is too damn often) one can see the old cobblestones beneath the pavement. It's kind of weird.
But there is a benefit to having narrow winding streets. It prevents cars from going too fast. As a result Boston has a lower traffic accident *fatality* rate than most cities. The people drive absolutely crazy...just don't kill each other as much.

the NATIVES are like that sure. Transplants like me just laugh at it all.

The weather is great! For a couple weeks out of the year. Poor weather is what has saved Boston from being overcrowded. If Boston had weather like Miami we'd be overcrowded and overdeveloped like South Florida.

Yes because they stand for cheating and having their coach wear cutoff sweatshirts like he's an extra in the movie "Flashdance"

Overcrowded, yet impersonal. People don't talk to each other. Cashiers don't look you in they eye. People don't know their neighbors. Strangers rarely smile or say "hello". I grew up there, but those are the reasons I don't live there anymore.
Thats because most of em don't speak english Monte. Also the english speaking don't speak spanish, or middle eastern languages.
Also alot of gangs, drugs and crack heads, rich people who don't care, and illegals.
That happens in alot of cities so nothing new but not so much in WV where the population is 95 percent white legal citizens, filled with many pot heads, alcoholics, red necks some rich people, and recently in the eastern panhandle alot of city folk moving in so at least where I live its changing, and more crack heads, and other populas are comming!

Orlando is just as diverse as Miami, but it isn't the same here. People smile and treat you like a human being here. Most people have, at least, talked to their neighbor a few times and know their name. Even as transient as Orlando is, it's still a tighter-knit community than Miami.

Not everybody is like that. The mayority but not everyone. I agree its a tough crowd down here.
ive been to NC, SC, Georgia a couple weeks ago..........Three different states. And i see no difference at all. I mean in the way people treat you etc.
Tenn, WV, Georgia, alot of midwestern states, Maine, Vermont.
basically where alot of farmer's live, where people enjoy the outdoors, are much more likely to be friendlier and at least use manners, where in the city people look at you stupid, and such.

Hmm..that's surprising. My sister and mother live near Albany, Georgia, and it's a much friendlier place than Miami. Atlanta may be a different story. Haven't been to the Carolinas in a while, so I can't speak to that. I lived in NY/NJ for 10 years, and people are also much friendlier up there than in Miami. Yes, even in Manhattan! When I visit my old stomping grounds, I tend to feel like I don't even exist.

Thats more or less how i felt when i visit those places. Maybe it was just the places i visited.
I go up there 10=12 times a year to pick up trucks where i work. Like i said i see no difference. We ussually stay in hotels up there. Go out to restaurants to eat, gas stations for diesel. Visit with other truck dealers. Gone to a couple of friend where i work family members house. etc.
