Okay--I'm displeased!!!!!! Another indication of poor clock management at the end of the game. Why did the Dolphins take a time out after winning the flag challenge? No need to have done that. It left nothing and the Dolphins looked panicky when the got the ball back.

Another example of not having the ability to make key plays at the end of the game1

They didn't take a timeout from my understanding. The ref's overturned the touchdown but something about miami not coming up with it still meant they lost there timeout. Idk it doesn't make sense to me but that's what was said on Sirius radio.

Time to overhaul the coaching staff. Too many conservative calls. Let's get cower next year and pay him whatever he wants. And then piloti pay him whatever he wants so we can start really drafting correctly.

No disrespect man but I never understood people who made these comments, took cower what 17 years to finally win 1 superbowl? do you want to wait that long? The fact is I have seen this staff call a very unconservative game and I have seen them call an ultra conservative game. I am not ready to "overhaul" we have a very solid staft but in a very tough division. I am more encline to wait another year or two

It's going to take longer than that I think.

Timeout explanation:

On a 4th and 1 after a review...the clock would be wound...and they would let it tick down to the 2:00 minute warning.. thus miami had to take the timeout.

What I question is why you call a fricken run play on a steeler defense on 1st down when you are running a 2 minute drill to get into field goal range...

Yeah, Steve, I figured out the timeout explanation but a decent argument could be made that the timeout was more costly than the 36 second runoff.

but again, like you say, what's the point when you try to run in overtime with the runner we have who has made the fewest yardage in our worst running game of the season wherein even if he had made a first down, we still would have basically run those 36 seconds off the clock in getting up, getting reset and running another play.
