The Gaytriots will get a 3rd round pick.

Also rumours say they will pursue Vincent Jackson after trading Moss.

Why couldn't they have done this trade 1 week earlier? I supposed it wouldn't have made a difference.

Of course it would have made a difference. Moss stretches the field better than any other player in the league.

Those dink-and-dunk passes that they had go out the window because the field becomes that much shorter.

Yeah, but Moss doesn't play special teams.

Look they will prob go after Jackson, which is a more dominate MOSS, without as much speed but makes up for in physicallity.

So the short term affects will benefit our team if they make the trade with SD then that can really kill us long term.

I think they can make Brandon Tate Moss like.

He was better at UNC than Hakeem Nicks until he tore his ACL. Tate has the tools

I am a diehard Tarheel fan just like I am a Dolphins fan.

Yes, you are correct that Tate was better than Nicks, but that is a little miskewed in the concept of replacing Moss.

Tate was not a big play guy like Nicks was. Nicks was the deep threat. Tate was the all-around better WR, but Nicks was the home run hitter.

Too fill Moss's shoes, I think Nicks would fill them better. Tate was an *amazing* return guy, so those TD's he has run back has surprised me little.

Trading Moss for Vincent Jackson is not a net gain in talent. Jackson wants a huge payday, so why not just pay Moss. I think this is about rebuilding.

The Patriots may be giving up on this season and next for rebuilding. They need to do it.

He was double and triple teamed that year. Trust me, he was their #1.

They are rebuilding. They know the jets will win the division. As our team is lackluster they are looking for a brighter future. Ugh

If the patsies were smart they would use those extra picks and move into the top 5 of the draft next year and take A.J Green.

But, they are horrible drafters and will just move down to keep stockpiling and miss on every pick....again.

Will this be the first time a player has played 2 Monday night games in a row?

If it weren't for Vontae shutting his butt down, Moss might have used the 17-game season as an opportunity to pad his stats. Too bad you got a big goose egg against us Randy!
