Who fires this guy? We need to make sure we understand who to blame when he is not fired, so that there is not useless rants going around about firing the wrong people.

This is a better than avg team but until they get a qb that can play at a probowl level and a coaching staff that doesn't make blunderess mistakes they will be no better than below avg (2-14 or 6-10) team. I am sorry but hene looks the same as he did last yr, he is no better and this coaching staff looks the same as it did 3 yrs ago making the same bumbling mistakes.
If there is no change , the team will stay the same
I'm convinced, take away the 3 special teams blunders and we have a real chance of winning the game. Even with the first 2 INTs (the 3rd one wouldn't have happened if we weren't so desperate at that point).
I think Miami pulls out the Jets game without that blocked punt. I felt that way last week, which is part of what made last night's debacle so frustrating.
I am not so sure Sparano would be the blame if he is not fired.
I would assume Ireland would have the ultimate decision. Now saying that, Sparano probably has a *HUGE* say in the situation, but I feel Ireland has the final word. Correct?
