This may be a dumb question as I'm sure we all absolutely hate the N.Y.J and it's only the 1st week of the season, but looking at the big picture would it be more beneficial to root against Baltimore?
In my opinion I think they are the better team and will be contending for a wild card spot whereas the Jets I think are not as good as everybody says they are and will falter as the weeks go on.

I'm looking for the fins to win the divison obviously, and we'll see how it plays out but near the end of the season It could very well be the Pats with the division and a team like Baltimore standing in the way of a wildcard.

With that being said I am rooting against the Jets tonight as I always do but just wondering if any Fin fans are rooting for the Jets because they fear Baltimore could hurt our playoff chances more at the end of the season.

Eveytime someone mentions the word jets i get a dam chill down my spinal cord. GRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRR

If a Jets win gets us in the playoffs, I still don't think I could root for them. ACK!!!

BTW and im rooting for the jets to lose as well. I will always root for the jets to lose unless....

Check out this scenario........

The jets are 0-15 and are playing the pats on the last game of the season. If the jets win they have a chance of booting the dam pats out of the dam playoffs.

Even like that i will have a strong pain on the back of my celebrerum or however you spell cerebrerum.....i will have a really sharp pain in my head rooting for gangreen.

wow two games today and the jets game starts at 7 is this a one time thing or is it alway going to be like that through out the season? anybody knows?

Not even close, Jets lose and we're a game up on them in the div. And we got one of our divisional road games out of the way, you guys may laugh but I could see Buffalo upsetting either the Jets or Pats at home, especially if the weathers bad. I damn sure wouldn't bet on it, but that was a big win for us yesterday.

I don't know but I don't like it at all. Sundays and Monday nights use to be sacred now it's thursday double header on Monday I don't like all this shuffling

Ravens need to win this hands down.

We play both teams, so if we beat the Ravens, and tie, we get the tie breaker, plus the Jets start off 0-1 and a Blubberin Ryan.

Blueprint to beating the Jets is simple. Attack the gut. Run up the middle and wear them down. Then spread the field and throw at the rookie CB.

And because they blitz so much, don't get cute. NO deep patterns or having your QB hold onto the ball long. Just play smash mouth football and throw it at the rookie.
