Seventh round draft choice? Yes, Little Virginia, there is a .....

Seriously though, this is great in the sense that you can tell every draft pick that it matters not where you are drafted but what you do once you walk on the training camp field.

Congrats to Brady. Despite his organization he has always been a class act.

Chyren I agree. I believe he is the best in the game wish we would have drafted him.

Brady is worth every penny. He is the 2nd coming of Montana, but maybe a little better.

Payton Manning and Drew Brees are better.

Brady sucks! This gushing over the Patsie cheating coached team leader makes me sick. May we continue to smack tommy boy in the mouth.

Go Phins!

You could say the Dan Marino and Dan Fouts were better than Montana, but who won all the Superbowls?

Manning YES. Brees NO.

Manning in my book when he breaks all of Farve's records will go down as the greatest QB ever. Brees is very very good, but Brady is better

Favre is still playing and Manning isn't getting any younger. Once Favre retires, Manning would have to play another 6 or 7 healthy and productive years to surpass him statistically. As he gets older, it will be harder and harder to do.

Manning will break all the records. Manning had more BIG years early on in his career. Where Farve had teams that ran the ball alot and Farve's numbers are more longevity than having big seasons

I equate Farve's records to longevity as well. Kinda like Emmitt Smith. If you play actively till you're a senior citizen, you're bound to break some statistical records along the way.

Hey, the fact that you are at present the highest paid player in history is not necessarily meant to be a statement that you are the greatest player of all time. When Mantle and Maris were paid the sums they were paid in the early 60's (probably about a $100,000 a year) that was not meant to be a statement that they were better than Ruth and Gehrig.

So, too, with Tom Brady. I think it means that given the rise in salaries that is what he is worth to his team today on a relative scale.

So I don't think the talk about who is the best either now or for all time is really on the mark.

My post was a tribute to him that he has been a pretty damn good player and a critical asset to his team. Also I admire how he was a 6th round draft player, sucked it up, did his best and reached the heights.

Now all this talk about mixing in Belicheat and his filming, I don't understand how that reflects on Brady.

Sorry ChyrenB I dont mean to be rude but seriously.

I dont see why a Patriot player has his own thread on a Dolphins forum site?

Perhaps to better serve us dolphin fans, who really dont give a sh.t about the Pats or Brady unless we are playing them can say kick rocks to this thread and any future threads pertaining to anything NE or Brady unless it directly results with the Dolphins?

Just saying.. grinning smiley
