These commentators stink...just gabbin away like they are sitting in the living room...not announcing who made the tackle...sometimes letting 3 plays go by without even saying anything about it.
Don't they know the only people watching are die hard fans that want to know how the lower level guys are doing....pathetic.
I dont mind losing if we played our hearts out, and blah blah, but when the game is won because of a bs call, and then not calling a CLEAR AS DAY hold, it get's on my nerves.
Oh well Get ready for week one baby!!! Time to saddle up fellas!! Here is to the CUTS and who makes the team!!
Sean Smith is fighting with fans on Twitter less than an hour after the game. Sean is immature, showing up late, now this. Unless this is another case of his "twitter" being hacked. Then nevermind.
Hope he turns his play around. That Benny Sapp trade might turn out to be a bigger deal than we all thought it was when it was made.

And they should be mike. This is the first time ever i seen this happen. Last pre season game and you have starters in there 4 or 5 series into the game. Sparasno is gonna get the dumbcoach of the year award.
I believe some teams dont even play their starters in that last game of pre season.....Or just one series or whatever.
100% correct Samsam. Sparano isn't a big-time coach. The stunt he pulled last night. The 2pt conversion screw up in the Jets game last year. The timeout debacle vs the Saints last year. The guy has now proven on more than one occasion to not be a big-time head coach. Nobody is perfect but there are too many errors to ignore
Sparano just has a different philosophy, injuries, they believe are the players problem not the coaches. That is how this FO has been since taking over. He also feels that, he wanted the team to show him something and play well. If you cant take the ball down the field against the number 2's and score a TD, what real value do you have to the team and organization in the real season anyways. SParano isnt going to blow smoke up these players ass's. He wants these guys to play like professionals, if they dont play like professionals, why treat them like it. He is a tough coach, just cause you disagree with his Philosophy doesnt mean he is not a big time Coach. Belichick has the same philosophy and treated the final preseason game and his starters with the same attitude. Had our first team marched down the field and scored a TD, he would have pulled them, immediately after the first drive IMO.

Agree to some extent. Players go a long way towards winning. Though I don't ever remember a Don Shula coached team calling a dumb TO (and that was when coaches weren't allowed to call them), and I always remember Don Shula teams being near the top of the list in least penalties. Shula's teams didn't always have as good of players - coaching can take the team a long, long way.
He isn't a big-time coach. Trying to "prove" something in a final preseason game where the outcome is meaningless and only a BAD thing can come from the game proves that.

I agree, SHulas team's were always one of the least penalized and well disciplined teams in the league. That is what we are missing. That is actually what I liked alot about the first year of this Regime. We played with few mistakes and alot of discipline and that is why we won the division and turned this franchise around. I actually think we went backwards last year in discipline. Which I guess can be expected with the amount of young players at critical positions or coaching. I think Sparanos knows our team needs more dscipline, and is trying to address the importance, however he can. Lets hope the sense of urgency for discipline among the team improves, now that it counts.

Saying Sparano is not a big time coach for that is not fair. Do you think Parcells is a big time coach, well I guarantee, he gave approval for this. SO I guess in the Almighty opinion of you , Bill Parcells is also a fool and not in the status of Big Time Coaches....lol.... Vince Lombardi belonged merely coaching High School ball too, what fool gave him a shot...lol... come on. I know for some reason you dislike the FO, but this comment for this reason is just shallow IMO, and more about your dislike of the Regime then the issue at hand.

I promise you, there was discussion about how long the team and starters should be playng and why... You honestly think it was never discussed? I am not saying he calls him during the game or anything but yes I think they talk on almost a daily basis on just about everything that has to do with this team...

Considering Parcells has spent much of the last couple weeks in Saratoga, NY at the race-track, I doubt that very much.

Mike, I agree the Regime has made mistakes as most you describe, we could debate a few but that is another discussion...
This Regime is the best thing to happen to the Dolphins since Shula. I believe in alot of what they are doing... As you know I think they have made mistakes but every single regime makes mistakes, this is the NFL, and it is no where near a perfect science. And so far I can take the bad with the good because the good far outweighs the bad and they have done a good job rebuilding a franchise in a relatively short time. You just seem so eager to bash.. Bashing the FO and what they have done for our franchise, just doesnt add up to me... Sure they are not perfect but they are pretty damn good and we are lucky to have them.. WHo would you suggest we hire? and what alternative are you suggesting. I know it is not Cam Cameron and Randy Mueller
