Back in the day WQAM was the king of sports talk in South Florida. But little by little they've lost talent and have not replaced it.

Now they don't broadcast the Dolphins, what is the point?

Irvin will be Sid's lead in. Sid comes on at 3pm

just thought I'd revive this thread now that Sid Rosenberg got fired for a DUI the other day. I think he was great on the air, once you were on board with the fact that he was an obnoxious new yorker. I listened to his show on my iphone from DC a few times a week, and no one on the air in S Fla compares. And they replaced him with Dan Sileo--all I know about him was he used to play at UM and just got fired for calling black players "monkeys" on the air. Charming.
