Let's start the talk about LeGarrette... the punching incident does not concern me at all because he was slapped in the face by the victim for no reason when the teams were shaking hands after the game.
What concerns me slightly more was that he got so out of control that there he was afterwards in the stands having to be restrained.
What is a major concern is that he was disclipined by the team for lazy performances at practice and, scarily, other discipline problems that they won't discuss.

RESPONSE: From my video of the video, the guy either slapped him or came damn close.
Why do you think that his anger came on so suddenly and instanteously. Are you really saying you didn't see an attempt to hit him in the face?

RESPONSE: OKAY!!! Now, I got you where I want you. So YOU, non-DUMB Mikeo, think that a push on the shoulder from an opposition player after a heated game, from somebody NOT A FRIEND, where the hit is NOT A BUDDY SLAP OR A HIGH-FIVE, is NOT A HOSTILE ACTION?????? So it was no more than a dirty look???
YOU ARE SUCH A FOOL! Blount was sinned against and he sinned.
> NOT A REASON TO GET PUNCHED IN THE FACE!!!!
RESPONSE: Don't shift the argument to the level of the response. You said that Blount was neither hit nor swung at, when I said, "well maybe he just swung at Blount only."
Instead of producing a video that showed your position, i.e., that Blount was never hit or swung at, Then, you foolishly showed that my minor concession that maybe the opposing player only SWUNG at him was wrong AND THAT THE GUY INDEED DID HIT BLOUNT FIRST?
The point I was making before you so rudely interrupted the intelligent discussion with your usual wrongness on every position, is that the media concentrated on this incident which was one in which he was provoked. Whether he reacted excessively is another point.
Many a basketball player is hit with a technical for overreacting to a bump by an opposing player. It doesn't say that the reacting player is smart and it may show that he is quick to anger.
But to USE THIS INSTANCE, wherein he was PROVOKED, to argue that he is a "thug." is stupid. Now there may come out other things to prove that he is a thug but this isn't it.
oh please. Stop defending a guy 32 teams with 255 toal picks didn't want cause he punched a guy in the face for no reason. Provoked...lol, yeah ok. Whatever!
You are the ONLY fool who is defending him. Guys making millions running teams making billions avoided him for this reason alone.
Keep defending him though....lots of people backing you up on that!!

Actually Mike "touching" someone IS a crime. It's called battery in case you were wondering.

Eh, I'm not laughing. I'm sad as usual that posters on this board don't have a sense of civil discourse amongst friends. Whatever, I'll just move along to the next topic as usual.

Mike, you wrote, "Yes he put his hand on his shoulder, NOT A

The fact of the matter is...that it is a crime regardless of where it happens. All I'm saying here.

You said that touching someone was not a crime!!!!!
You disputed Odenn.
Why must you back up on all your positions and try to redraft them?
You didn't say whether a person would get prosecuted for such an action on the field, you said it wasn't a crime and Odenn said actually it is and you disputed him.
