The league has now said the suspension will be 4-6 games; meaning, if they decide on 6 games we play fatwich instead of Big Ben.

I bet they draft a QB before Fatwich takes a snap in a real game.

Pitt is gonna move him.

I got a lot of respect for the Pitt organization, they want no goof-balls on their team

trading him to oakland for their #1 this year makes perfect sense. so it probably won't happen

I think if Pitt moves him they need a chance to get Bradford. So I'm guessing they trade with a team in the Top 7 or so. Then package the 7 pick with next years 1st or 2nd and some picks this year to get to #1 and they take Bradford.

Just my guess

I don't think if they move him they would to get a QB in the first round this year. They've got dixon who they like and was a heisman candidate before he blew his knee out. I think if they trade into the top 10, it will be to trade back and acquire many more picks. They don't need a rookie, they need a vet like bulger or hasselbeck who can get them thru just this year or the next. This is a team built to win now, you plug a vet, not a rookie, in there.

Dixon was awful last year when he played.

Joe Flacco and Mark Sanchez were in the AFC Championship games as rookies. Matt Ryan was in the playoffs as well as a rookie.

This notion you need a VET to lead a team deep is outdated. Maybe to win it all, but not to go far in the playoffs

Big Ben is almost as bad as Jeff George the way he's self destructing. At least he has 2 Superbowls under his belt, but the guy just won't learn.

I think Pittsburgh is NUTS. While I appluad them for not wanting low character guys on their team, I think they are NUTS for possibly trading him over this (and yes I know its not his first time). I think the entire country is overblowing this whole incident to a crazy level. I haven't seen a thing "snow-ball" at the rate of speed like this has.

Is Big Ben a sleeze-ball? YES. Is he a guy I want hanging around my sister? NO! But should he be suspended for what he did? HELL NO!! He was hanging out with college girls, one got drunk and he had sex with her. NOT A CRIME!!! While I won't defend what he did, it isn't something one should get suspended over!

He just turned 28 years old....I did some things when I was that age that I would care to repeat.

Mike O you strike again if she said no, and he did anyway he is damn lucky that all he is getting. Anyone else would have been charged, and gone to trial. I took college courses in criminal justice, and once the girl says stop or no it is a CRIME. I think he was able to get away with it because his body guards kept everyone away while he raped her. Big Ben is a bastard, and needs to be thrown out of the leauge. Once is a mistake. Twice is a pattern, and a crappy one at that. We must not tolerate this behavior in our society no matter who it is from if we are to remain civilized.

Before you comment yes I have done things in my life that I am not proud of certainly, but hell no rape is not close to being one of them.

If it was rape he would be in jail. '

You can't suspend a guy for rape when no charges of rape were brought up against him.

I know and its BS.

Which is why in the NEXT CBA, this rule is gone. And one person (goodell) won't have all the power. It will be a committe of Goodell, Union Rep, and some other people who will rule on these matters
