Last years NFL draft was the worst rated draft in over 20 years by NFL scouts, GM's, and analysts. It was thin on talent!! The fact Miami found 3 great players out it is great. BUT OVERALL as a "draft" it was bad. Learn to read people! Re: 13th Pick overall
