The NFL continues to amaze me. How on earth you could fine Camarillo $5K for a play that shouldn't have been a penalty in the first place. What a joke. Personally, I think the NFL has taken a huge step backward since Goodell took over. Just another example of it.

its the right thing to do. Anyone who gets called for that penalty gets fined. So you gotta stay by the letter of the law.

I love Goodell. He has cleaned up this league and gotten rid of a lot of the "THUG" element. And by enforcing the little rules like this it prevents things from getting out of hand down the road.

I think it was when he tagged the guy after the interception.

Do you mean he should have taken his helmet off and thrown it at the official or ripped the defensive guys helmet off and thrown it at the official? That would have been memorable!
