You are not going to find a #1 wr in the late teens and early 20's..I think they will address the NT or ILB position with the 1st 2 picks in the draft. If they truly want a #1, they will need to break open the bank and go after brandon marshall who I believe will be a FA this summer.

Out of these guys wayne is the only true elite reciever, holmes and white are above average, the rest are not much better than the recievers the phins already have..Thats funny that you left off your list: donnie avery, devin thomas, jordy nelson, james hardy, jerome simpson, robiskie, craig davis, dwayne jarrett,etc..All these guys were drafted late 1st or early 2nd and that only through 2007. I hope the dolphins never waste another pick on a wr in the 1st rd again and that ginn will be the last. Parcells seems to have nack at picking very good players on the defensive side of the ball. Again, ILB in the 1st rd and DT in the 2nd.

Not unless they agree to a new CBA before free agency begins in Feburary/March. With the current CBA, it means an uncapped year in 2010, and an uncapped year means players need 6 years of service time for free agency, and each team gets two transition tags for free agents. Free agent pickings will be very, very slim.
And there are all kinds of #1 WR who were not drafted in the 1st half of round one. Randy Moss, Terrell Owens, Reggie Wayne, Brandon Marshall, Vincent Jackson, Sidney Rice, Steve Smith, Dwayne Bowe, Marques Colston, Roddy White, Chad Johnson, etc, etc.
