Let's see... playing the Jets at home... large NY television market... hmmmm how many calls will somehow "slant" in the favor of the Jets today???

My guess is 3+. I think maybe one game this whole year have I seen that the refs seem to get it right.

Let's see how big of a role the refs play on influencing this game today!

Gooo Miami !!!!

I think the calls today were equally bad and good for both teams. We may have got the better of it with that fumble we quick snapped on.

However, even on that on, the Refs were blowing the whistle when the ball was still free. Therefore, I think by rule the call that he was down would have to stand.

We lucked out on the Bess fumble. That's a call that went our way. So was the illegal shift call on the 2pt conversion attempt.

As for (non) calls that went against Miami, there was a blatant block in the back on a punt early in the game that wasn't called. I also saw a couple of really obvious holds against Miami (one in particular against Porter in which the lineman grabbed the front of his collar and yanked him sideways) that were not called.
