What? Henne is going to play, and raise his stock value. So Pennington will be ready to play, we got a High enough pick to take one of the three best qb's in the draft, and will get a 3rd, possibly 2nd round for Henne, if he is just average, or below par. I would trade Henne next year for at least a 4th, spend that on another wr, or lineman, and draft Tebow, try to trade Thigpen, which im sure we could get a 6th round for, keep White, resign Pennington, and go after a solid wr in F/A.

not one of those things will happen.

what is it with you (and others) and Tebow? He is NOT an NFL QB. At all. You think he will be a top 10 pick? I'd be suprised if he goes in the first round.

Time will tell. Either way we will be set at QB.

You guys need to stop the dis on Henne and support him long enough to give him some development time.

1. Get over the "I'm going to self destruct if we don't win now" attitude and support this guy long enough to see what he can do.

2. The team will e tailor making the offense for Henne in the coming weeks (yes I said weeks not just next week).

- That means as he and the team gets practice time and rep time it is focused on him as primary QB, not as stopping into what was designed for Pennington.

- This could be a good thing.

- Talk now of trading him is just waaaay pre-mature and rather defeatist sounding.

You are certainly welcome to your own views, but, hang in there a while before you write this guy off!

I agree. Barring injury, you guys are going to see 13 more games out of Henne whether you like it or not.

At least give the dude a chance.
