Is there a worst middle linebacker in the league? The guy never makes big plays and the trend has continued so far this year. Why did we resign him?

He's still better than the OTHER 2 ILBs we have. Sad, but true! I've been saying for the last 2 years that we need help at ILB.

When we took Davis and Pat White I assumed that the thinking was that this season is NOT the year, and that they will draft LB next year.

It makes sense in that a rookie Corner is a target. year 2 is a starter.
next season we start Vontae Davis and Sean Smith. Rookie LB's are more effective than many other positions.

I had a feeling this yr was a step back in order to leap forward. Our rookie corners won't give us much the first yr it's a hard enough position to play for veterans. Next year LB and WR will probably be our focuse

Crowder is complete garbage and never does anything. I don't know why we resigned him. He makes no plays, he misses and/or is out of position for as many tackles he makes. Which isn't many. He is terribleeeeeeeeeeee.

Ive always never liked him, he is border line retarded looking, and look at his body, he isnt the muscular, and dosnt have the Mental edge to be solid.

Until now nobody has been able to run against us. Channing crowder is doing an excellent job againt the run. He cannot defend the pass, thats where he is weak. Especially against the tends.

Im saying he is good against the run and terrible against the pass.

Solid but unspectacular, just like our other ILB. We can't have two like that. t least one of them needs to play special. We pay Crowder like a special player, which he is not. That is what is so frustrating.

I would classify him as average or just below average. No more no less

See i can be funny. Actualy Our interior line has been solid against the run, Crowder has been playing ok. Your right, he pass coverage is horrible.
